Team Leadership and Delivery Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and project support professionals working on US based projects.
Act as a key point of contact between the offshore engineering team and US-based project teams
• Plan and allocate resources based on project priorities, workload, technical complexity, and delivery schedules.
• Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and delivery timelines for team members.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, utilization, and adherence to project milestones.
Electrical Engineering and Technical Oversight
• Guide the team in interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope requirements, and applicable project standards. Review Requests for Information, submittals, technical queries, and supporting documentation before submission to project stakeholders.
• Ensure that proposed responses and solutions to RFIs are technically sound before they are forwarded to the design team.




Take ownership of the document-control process for assigned projects and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Ensure current contract documents, drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs, submittals, and revisions are properly maintained and distributed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. • A master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred. • Project management or construction-related qualified certifications are an advantage.
