INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Administration:
Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.
o Collaboration & Support:
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
Mentor, train, and help upskill other team members within the power platform team.
Deliver citizen developer training and lead office hours sessions with the citizen developer community
o Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices and apply them to ongoing projects.
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.
o Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
o WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect).
5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
Experience with Co-Pilot Studio and other AI toolsets.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
o Preferred Skills:
Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
