Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Executive will manage incoming and outgoing sales calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product information and quotations to existing and prospective customers.



Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate records in the sales system, and following up on opportunities to drive order conversions. The role involves coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, addressing customer concerns, and supporting account management activities. The Inside Sales Executive will also contribute to sales reporting, help identify new market opportunities, and uphold Vin Industries’ standards of skilled communication and customer service.

Generate leads through online sources, industry databases, and existing customer data.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, customer conversion, sample trials, and sales.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Share technical data sheets, product samples, and quotations as required.
