Role Description This is a full-time, in office UAV Trainer role based in Nashik. The UAV Trainer will conduct classroom and field training sessions on drone operations,



safety procedures, flight planning, and mission execution for defense and security personnel. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, developing curricula and standard operating procedures, and demonstrating UAV assembly, pre-flight checks, and troubleshooting techniques. The role involves supervising practice flights, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback to ensure competency in real-world mission scenarios. The trainer will also collaborate with engineering and operations teams to update training content in line with evolving systems, regulations, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of UAV/UAS systems, including flight control, navigation, payload integration, and basic maintenance.
Experience in conducting technical training or instruction, preferably in aviation, defense, or related fields.
Ability to develop structured training
