Role Description The AI Integration Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation across manufacturing, supply chain,



quality control, and business processes, and for designing practical solutions that align with operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing existing systems and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define use cases, coordinating with internal IT/R&D; teams and external vendors to implement AI tools, and monitoring performance and ROI. The AI Integration Manager will develop integration roadmaps, manage small to mid-sized implementation projects, create documentation and training materials, and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption. The role also involves staying current with AI trends relevant to dyes, chemicals, and textile manufacturing, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
