Role Overview




We are seeking a result-oriented Packaging Engineer to drive New Product Development for Cirkla's sustainable packaging portfolio. You will play an integral role in evaluating materials, optimizing specifications, and developing packaging solutions that meet customer technical standards. As we scale our manufacturing footprint, you will be instrumental in building robust packaging development processes, driving cost and performance optimization, and ensuring delivery of world-class, sustainable packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for driving Current Product Development in sustainable packaging
Evaluate material alternatives for cost and performance optimization.
Develop packaging test protocols and acceptance criteria.
Drive packaging cost reduction and value-engineering projects.
Optimize material specifications, pack dimensions, grammage, and component design.
Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, drawings, BOMs, and technical standards.
Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary
