Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AR Caller role based in Pune City. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, verify claim status, and resolve denials or discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks include documenting call outcomes, updating patient account information, identifying trends in claim rejections,



and working closely with the billing team to ensure timely collections. The role also involves adhering to client-specific guidelines, meeting productivity and quality targets, and maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies. The AR Caller will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and support overall revenue cycle efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong communication and telephone skills, including explicit spoken English and active listening.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, insurance follow-up, and basic medical billing concepts.
Ability to analyze claim status, identify issues, and perform systematic follow-up to resolve outstanding balances.
Proficiency in using computers, call management systems, and practice management or billing software.
Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to maintain organized records of all interactions.
