The Role
This isn’t an internship where you’ll just be getting coffee. You will be on the front lines of our content strategy. You’ll be experimenting with trends, telling stories, and helping our audience succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Creation: Crafting engaging copy for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
Short-Form Video: Planning, filming, and editing Reels/Shorts/TikToks that capture attention.
Research:



Staying on top of digital marketing trends and "Dhanda" insights to keep our brand relevant.
Community Engagement: Interacting with our audience in the comments and DMs to build relationships.
Experimentation: Testing new content formats and helping us iterate on what works.
Who You Are:
You are a Creator: You spend way too much time on Instagram/LinkedIn, and you know why certain posts go viral.
You have an eye for Design: You are comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere (or willing to learn fast).
You are a Storyteller: You can take a complex topic and make it simple and interesting.
You are Proactive: You don’t need to be micromanaged. You see a trend, you pitch a video, you make it happen.
