Role Description
The Senior SFMC & AJO Engineer / Lead Campaign Builder is responsible for leading the technical build, configuration, testing, and deployment of customer communications and automated journeys across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role serves as the primary offshore technical resource for campaign execution and journey orchestration, translating business requirements into scalable, production-ready customer experiences. The ideal candidate possesses deep SFMC expertise, experience with AJO, and a strong understanding of personalization, automation, quality assurance, and campaign troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications
• Total 5+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).




• Expertise with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SQL.
• Solid HTML/CSS email development skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale email campaigns.
• Strong troubleshooting and QA capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical campaign builds

Preferred Qualifications
• Adobe Journey Optimizer experience.
• Adobe Experience Platform experience.
• Experience supporting customer journey orchestration programs.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms and audience activation.
• Experience working within regulated industries.
