Role:
Build the Capacities of the Trainers and other staffs in the assignedregion




Conduct Audit and Quality Assurance visits to ensureSOPs are being followed and the quality of the programme is maintained
Regular handholding, assessing, and mentoring of the trainersin the region
Support GM – Training and Quality Assurance(T&QA;) - Livelihood in developing Training Manuals and Monitoring and Evaluation tools
Implement a measurement framework for monitoring and evaluation of the training programme
Lead all trainings in the region for the Magic Bus Livelihood programme, which delivers skill training to an identified team of Trainers, Livelihood implementers, and support them to implement the Livelihood programme in the regions.
Develop strategies for the retention of trainers and prepare a growthplan for them
Research on innovative training strategies, learning models, and update training design and methodologies accordingly
