About the Role
INNORACKS is looking for an experienced and well-connected Export Sales & Business Development professional to drive international sales and develop new business opportunities for our range of Server Racks, Network Racks, Wall Mount Racks, Outdoor Racks, Battery Racks, Electrical Panels and customised sheet-metal products.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international sales, export operations and B2B business development, along with an established network of international buyers, distributors, dealers, system integrators, OEMs, IT infrastructure companies and other relevant business contacts.
This is a performance-driven position, where earning potential will be determined based on the candidate's experience, network, capabilities and ability to generate business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate international sales and export business.
Identify and approach potential international buyers, distributors,



dealers, importers and business partners.
Generate qualified international leads and convert them into actual orders.
Leverage existing professional contacts and market relationships to bring genuine business opportunities and purchase enquiries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and enquiry handling to quotation, negotiation, order closure and follow-up.
Explore new international markets and identify countries with solid demand for our products.
Develop distributor and dealer networks in overseas markets.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and pricing with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, customisation, pricing, production and delivery requirements.
