About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director Technology to lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery across our Cybersecurity Services, CIRM, and Identity Suite offerings. The role requires strong technical leadership, enterprise architecture expertise, and experience delivering complex cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the technology strategy and roadmap for Cybersecurity, CIRM, and Identity Suite services.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across PAM, PIM, IGA, IDP, Cloud Security, Managed Security, and Security Transformation initiatives.
• Oversee solution architecture, technology selection, implementation, and technical delivery.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior technology stakeholders on technology and security strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting,



and Delivery teams on complex customer engagements.
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity and identity technologies and drive innovation and service enhancement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical architects and engineering teams.

Required Skills
• 15+ years of experience in Technology, Cybersecurity, Solution Architecture, or related domains.
• Solid experience in enterprise cybersecurity, CIRM, and Identity Suite architecture.
• Strong understanding of PAM, PIM, IGA, IDP, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, and enterprise security architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent qualification.
