WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Create engaging 2D motion graphics, animations & visual content
Bring event concepts, brand stories and creative ideas to life through motion
Develop animated content, event screen content, promos, & visual experiences
Work closely with creative, design and event teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
Experiment with typography, transitions, effects, particles, compositing and animation
Adapt creative concepts across different screen formats, resolutions and platforms
Push creative boundaries and stay updated with the latest motion design trends & techniques
THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
Strong command of Adobe After Effects
Positive understanding of Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong understanding of motion, timing, composition, typography & visual storytelling
Ability to take a creative concept and turn it into a polished motion piece
Strong eye for detail,



design and aesthetics
Technical knowledge we’d love:
Element 3D – ability to create and work with 3D elements within After Effects
Trapcode Particular – understanding of particle systems, effects and simulations
Familiarity with Trapcode Suite / other motion design plugins
Understanding of compositing, lighting, camera movement and basic 3D workflows
Experience creating visuals for large LED screens / event environments is a big plus
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in event design / experiential design
Knowledge of 3D animation or Cinema 4D/Blender
Video editing skills
Experience with projection mapping / LED content
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
A portfolio that makes people go “WOW”
