Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Android Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The Android Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Android application development, covering fundamentals, best practices, and current industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and exercises, conducting classroom sessions and hands-on labs, assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations, and providing individual guidance and feedback.



The trainer will also update curricula in line with new Android tools, frameworks, and OS versions, and collaborate with internal teams to refine course content and improve training outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Android app development using Kotlin and/or Java, Android Studio, and core Android frameworks, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring sessions, preferably in Android or mobile development.
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging and testing practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt teaching style to different learner levels.
Ability to create structured training materials such as slides, sample projects, coding exercises, and assessments.
