? About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Social Media, and Campaign Management.

? Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for courses, webinars, workshops, and EdTech programs.
Monitor and optimize CPL, conversions, ROI, budgets, and campaign performance.
Create and optimize landing pages for lead-generation campaigns.
Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.




Manage social media campaigns and paid promotions.
Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives, ad copies, and videos.
Manage leads through CRM/lead management systems and coordinate with the sales team.
Analyze the marketing funnel and improve lead quality and conversions.
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
?️ Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, keyword research, and lead generation.
Experience with CRM/lead management systems.
Knowledge of Canva and basic creative/content requirements.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to independently manage campaigns and achieve lead-generation targets.
EdTech, Education, Training, or B2C/B2B lead-generation experience
