Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager – Accounting to join our growing team at Tribe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, managing financial data with precision, and ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Operations:
- Responsible for Sales and Purchase Accounting.
- Maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors.
- Responsible for bank reconciliations and oversee online/offline payments.

Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare and file TDS, EPF, ESIC, and GST returns within statutory timelines.
- Coordinate with external auditors for monthly and annual compliances.

3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Manage accounting documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.

4. MIS & Analysis:
- Generate various MIS reports for internal use and decision-making.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Highest level of proficiency in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances.
- Proficient in Tally (v9) and MS Excel & Word.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
