Job Description – E-commerce Executive (Fresher)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing product catalogues, maintaining accurate product information across e-commerce platforms, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, product data, images, and online marketplaces and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product catalogues across e-commerce platforms.
Create and update product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs, and other relevant information.
Upload and manage product images, banners, and other catalogue assets.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, content, inventory, and sales for catalogue-related requirements.
Monitor product listings and identify missing, incorrect, or outdated information.




Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for product data, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and catalogue tracking.
Assist with product onboarding and delisting across marketplaces.
Support marketplace operations and resolve basic catalogue-related issues.
Track product performance and prepare basic reports whenever required.
Ensure all listings follow the required marketplace guidelines and standards.
Assist the team with other day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace activities.

Requirements
0–2 year of experience;
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of E-commerce and online marketplaces is preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple products/tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with large amounts of product data.
