Clariti is a growth and advertising partner for brands selling across India's leading marketplaces. We work closely with brands to drive revenue through marketplace advertising, performance optimization, and structured account management across platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.
We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager who can own marketplace advertising accounts end-to-end — from campaign strategy and execution to performance analysis, optimization, client communication, and growth planning.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how marketplace advertising actually works and can translate data into commercial outcomes.
What you will do
Own day-to-day advertising management for a portfolio of brand accounts across Flipkart, Myntra, and/or AJIO.
Build and execute marketplace advertising strategies aligned to revenue, ROAS, efficiency, and growth objectives.
Plan campaign structures, budgets, bids, targeting, product selection, and promotional strategies.
Monitor key metrics such as GMV, ad spend, ROAS, TACOS/ACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC,



impressions, and sales contribution.
Identify performance trends and proactively recommend optimizations to improve both scale and efficiency.
Manage campaign launches, budget allocation, daily pacing, and optimization across multiple accounts.
Analyse product-level and campaign-level performance to identify growth opportunities and performance issues.
Work with brand teams to understand business objectives, inventory considerations, promotions, and category dynamics.
Prepare regular performance updates and clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what needs to be done next.
Develop account-level growth plans and identify opportunities to increase advertising revenue and marketplace sales.
Stay updated on changes to marketplace advertising platforms, products, algorithms, and best practices.
