We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Sales Executive to help grow one of DigitalRecruiter™'s digital products, CIPHER.
This is not a traditional sales role where leads are simply handed to you. You will own the early customer journey — from identifying and engaging prospects through to qualification, conversations, product demos and conversion.

What you'll do
Identify and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online channels.
Run personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email and phone.
Engage and follow up with inbound leads generated through social media and digital campaigns.
Qualify prospects and understand their requirements.
Conduct initial discovery calls and CIPHER product demos.
Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM.
Work closely with our marketing team to identify which campaigns, content and audiences are generating genuine opportunities.
