Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, common areas, spa and wellness facilities, and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune District includes planning and assigning daily work schedules, supervising housekeeping staff,



monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. The role involves conducting regular inspections, coordinating with front office and operations teams on room readiness, handling guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance and cleaning activities. The Executive Housekeeper also trains and mentors team members, implements standard operating procedures, and supports continuous improvement to enhance the guest experience and uphold Atmantan’s luxury wellness standards.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in housekeeping management or a similar leadership role in hotels, resorts, or wellness centres, with strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping best practices.
