Role Description
The Mutual Fund – Business Head is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for leading the mutual fund business vertical, including defining growth strategy, developing product offerings,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include overseeing sales and distribution channels, managing relationships with asset management companies, coordinating with internal advisory and operations teams, and monitoring portfolio performance and revenue targets. The role involves guiding and mentoring the mutual fund sales team, designing client acquisition and retention initiatives, and presenting business performance reports to senior leadership. The Business Head will also collaborate with marketing and insurance advisory teams to create integrated investment solutions tailored to the needs of jewellery sector clients.
