Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, including developing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand visibility in the utilities sector. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, preparing marketing materials, and collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation and customer outreach.



The role also involves maintaining communication with internal stakeholders, preparing reports on marketing performance, and participating in local events or client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Experience in Market Research, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
Proven Sales and Marketing abilities to support business growth and customer acquisition.
Excellent Communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Pune District and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the utilities or energy sector is an advantage.
