We are a Bangalore-based architecture and design studio with over 25 years of experience across India and the United States, and more than 150 projects across residential, educational, healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors.

We work with daylight, natural ventilation, climate, materials, context, and people. We believe good architecture is not produced only on a computer. It requires understanding how buildings are actually made.
The Role
You will be involved across the life of a project:
→ Developing architectural concepts and design solutions
→ Preparing CAD drawings, SketchUp models and presentations
→ Developing working drawings and project documentation
→ Coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants
→ Working with contractors and vendors
→ Attending client meetings and communicating design intent
→ Visiting sites and resolving issues during execution
→ Understanding materials, costs, timelines and quality




→ Taking increasing ownership of projects from design to completion
Who are we looking for?
An architect who:
→ Has 3+ years of relevant experience
→ Has strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
→ Understands working drawings and construction
→ Is comfortable coordinating projects and people
→ Communicates clearly and listens carefully
→ Is curious, proactive and willing to take ownership
→ Wants to understand passive and climate-responsive design
→ Wants to build a serious, long-term career in architecture
B.Arch required. Bangalore-based, full-time, on-site position.
We are less interested in impressive software lists and more interested in how you think, how carefully you listen, and whether you genuinely want to understand the craft of architecture.
