Who We Are Looking For
Are you a recent Life Science graduate looking to break into the world of Clinical Research? We are seeking highly motivated Freshers to join our Clinical Research wing. This is a dedicated entry-level role designed for candidates who have a robust theoretical foundation in GCP guidelines and are ready to apply their academic knowledge to real-world Phase I–IV studies.
Eligibility (Strictly for Freshers)
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Nursing / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences (Batch of 2024, 2025, or 2026).
Certification: Candidates who have completed a Clinical Research Certification/Diploma will be given high priority.
Experience: 0 Years (Internship experience in Clinical Research is a plus, but not mandatory).
Skills: A solid understanding of ICH-GCP, Schedule Y, and basic Medical Terminology.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Site Support:
Assist in site initiation, monitoring, and maintaining the Investigator Site File (ISF).
Documentation: Ensure 100% accuracy in eCRF data entry and Trial Master File (TMF) updates.
Patient Coordination: Assist in subject recruitment and scheduling follow-up visits.
Safety Tracking: Support the team in tracking and reporting AE/SAE (Adverse Events).
Regulatory Support: Work with the Ethics Committee for documentation and submissions.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Fundamental knowledge of DCGI and FDA regulatory guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication (essential for Investigator coordination).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) for data management.
High attention to detail for source documentation and query resolution.
