Role Description The Automotive Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in AJC Bose Road, Kolkata, responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve two-wheeler sales targets and dealership growth. This role includes managing daily showroom operations, monitoring sales performance,



setting individual and team goals, and implementing sales strategies for motorcycles, scooters, and related services. The manager will engage directly with customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, oversee test drives, handle price negotiations, and coordinate finance and insurance options. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with Hero representatives, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. The Automotive Sales Manager will collaborate with service and customer support teams to support exchange and upgrade programs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Automotive Sales and Automotive dealership operations, preferably in two-wheelers.
Proven skills in Sales planning, target achievement, and showroom sales management.
