Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented qualified for the position of Manager / Deputy Manager – Career Development Cell (CDC). This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing career development and placement initiatives. The role involves strengthening corporate partnerships, expanding the employer network, facilitating campus placements and internships, and delivering impactful career readiness programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with recruiters, faculty, alumni, and industry partners to create meaningful career opportunities and improve student employability while ensuring that career services remain inclusive, accessible,



and aligned with the University's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen corporate partnerships across diverse industries.
Expand and manage the University's employer and recruiter network.
Drive campus placements, internships, live projects, and industry engagement initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, career fairs, assessments, group discussions, and interviews.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruiters and onboard new hiring partners.
Plan and deliver career readiness, employability, and professional development programs.
Mentor students through career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and interview preparation.
Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, alumni, and industry experts to enhance placement outcomes.
Maintain placement MIS, employer databases, recruitment records, and placement analytics, and prepare periodic repor
