Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Support Associate based in Noida. The intern will handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions,



resolving basic service issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams, and maintaining up-to-date customer records. The Customer Support Associate will support the enhancement of customer experience by providing transparent information about ASC Group’s services, assisting with basic sales queries, and gathering feedback to improve service quality. The role may also involve participating in internal training sessions to better understand service offerings and customer support best practices.
