Role Description This is a full time, on-site Rust Developer role based in Kochi. The Rust Developer will design, implement, and optimize core blockchain components, smart contract frameworks, and related distributed systems using Rust. Responsibilities include writing clean, secure, and well-tested code,



participating in architectural design discussions, reviewing code, and contributing to performance tuning and debugging. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, cryptography, and AI teams to integrate LQ1 with AI-native and DePIN-focused applications. The developer will also help maintain technical documentation, ensure best practices for security and reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows.
Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Rust and familiarity with systems programming concepts, memory management, and concurrency.
Experience with blockchain or distributed systems, including consensus mechanisms, peer-to-peer networking, and smart contract platforms.
Understanding of cryptography fundamentals; interest or experience in post-quantum cryptography and secure protocol design is a plus.
