Role Description The Assistant Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haveli. This role supports the sales team by handling order processing, maintaining sales records, and updating customer and distributor information in internal systems. The Assistant Sales Coordinator coordinates with production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and smooth execution of sales orders. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, assisting with follow-ups on inquiries and payments,



responding to basic customer queries, and supporting the planning of promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels for key products, ensuring documentation is complete, and providing general administrative support to the sales function.
Qualifications
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales orders and tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with basic sales administration, including data entry, record keeping, and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, distributors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
