We are a fast-growing organization looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, source quality candidates, and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibility
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.




Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen Arnifi’s talent pool.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Positive knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn and major job portals.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skill
