We are looking for a D365 CRM Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver successful projects. Roles & Responsibilities
• Gather and understand business requirements from clients.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business needs.
• Work on CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Prepare functional documents and support solution design. • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.




• Conduct user training and provide functional support when needed. Required Skills
• 4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Good understanding of CRM configuration and customization.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred.
• Robust requirement gathering and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with international clients.
Preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is a plus.
