Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate with strong expertise in legal drafting, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), corporate and commercial laws, contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies in the corporate environment and demonstrate the ability to manage diverse legal matters independently. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various legal agreements, protecting the Company's intellectual property, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting strategic partnerships,



and minimizing legal and business risks.
The role requires strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, research, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work closely with management and various business stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Legal Drafting & Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet a wide range of legal and commercial agreements.
Prepare and manage agreements including:
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Service Agreements
Consultancy Agreements
Vendor and Supplier Agreements
Employment and Retainer Agreements
Partnership and Joint Venture Agreements
Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
Shareholder Agreements
Business Transfer Agreements
Licensing and Assignment Agreements
Terms & Conditions and other commercial contracts
Identify potential legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate safeguards.
Ensure proper documentation, execution, renewal, and maintenance of
