About the Role
Stroffe is looking for a Content Strategist who can take ownership of content from idea to final publish-ready asset.
This is a hands-on role that sits across content strategy, scripting, shoot planning, and post-production coordination. You’ll work closely with creators, editors, and the internal team to make sure every piece of content is planned well, shot efficiently, and edited to the right standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Strategy
Plan content calendars and identify concepts for upcoming shoots.
Turn broad content ideas into clear, executable formats.
Research relevant topics, trends, hooks, and references.
Maintain a pipeline of content so shoots are planned in advance.
Script & Copywriting
Write scripts for short-form videos, reels, and other social content.
Develop solid hooks, storylines, talking points, and CTAs.
Write captions and supporting social copy.
Adapt scripts based on the creator/client’s voice and positioning.
Shoot Planning
Plan shoots end-to-end, including:
Content to be recorded
Shot lists
References




Scripts/talking points
Locations/props where required
Ensure everything required for the shoot is prepared beforehand.
Be available and present on shoot days to help execute the content plan.
Guide the shoot to ensure all required footage and variations are captured.
Editing & Post-Production Coordination
Coordinate closely with video editors to take footage from raw files to the final edit.
Provide editors with clear briefs, references, timestamps, and creative direction.
Review drafts and share structured feedback.
Ensure revisions are completed correctly and on time.
Take responsibility for the final quality of the content rather than simply passing footage to the editor.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, short-form video, and creator-led content.
Excellent writing skills, particularly for hooks, scripts, and captions.
Ability to visualise how an idea will translate into a video.
