Role Description The Night Tracking Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Manesar, responsible for monitoring and tracking vehicles during night operations to ensure safe and timely deliveries. This position involves continuously updating shipment status,



coordinating with drivers and operation teams, and promptly addressing route deviations, delays, or issues. The executive will maintain accurate records in tracking systems, assist in scheduling and dispatch activities, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and clients as needed. The role also includes verifying documentation, supporting incident reporting, and adhering to company safety and compliance guidelines for night logistics.
Qualifications
Robust coordination and monitoring abilities, with experience in vehicle tracking, route management, or transport operations.
Proficiency in using GPS tracking tools, transport management software, and basic computer applications (MS Excel, email, messaging tools).
Good communication skills for interacting with drivers, operations staff, and customers, including clear reporting of status and issues.
