You'll act as the bridge between creators and growth, ensuring they thrive amid campaigns, collaborations, and platform dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
Curate tailored experiences for creators, including exclusive events, workshops, brand immersions, and networking opportunities to boost engagement and loyalty.
Proactively identify and secure opportunities such as brand collaborations, platform features, monetization programs, and cross-promotions using market research, creator data, and industry networks.
Monitor creator needs through regular check-ins, feedback loops,



and performance analytics; deliver customized solutions like content strategy advice, tech tool recommendations, or wellness resources.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier creators, achieving 95%+ retention and satisfaction scores via personalized outreach and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to align creator experiences with campaign timelines, ensuring seamless delivery.
Analyze creator metrics (e.g., engagement rates, growth trends) using Google Sheets and platform APIs to inform experience strategies and report quarterly insights to leadership.
Stay ahead of creator trends across YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, recommending creative programs like short-form video challenges or AI-driven content tools.
