About the Role
Vyug Metaverse is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Admissions Executive to handle admission enquiries for Oreal Academy.
The candidate will be responsible for responding to prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant courses, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming admission enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, website leads, social media, and other channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to prospective students and parents.
Understand the student's requirements, interests, and career goals.
Explain Oreal Academy's courses, curriculum, fees, duration, eligibility, and admission process clearly.
Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses based on their requirements.
Conduct systematic follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/lead management system.
Track each enquiry from the initial interaction until admission or closure.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for the admission and onboarding process.
Identify reliable/high-intent prospects and prioritize follow-ups accordingly.
Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending enquiries.
Maintain a professional and student-friendly communication approach at all times.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, inside sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations with prospective students.
Target-oriented and capable of working with conversion goals.
Good follow-up discipline and lead management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets or similar lead-
