Job Description
The Tech Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting technology and digital-service opportunities into verified recurring revenue for BagginsHQ.
This is a performance-driven commercial role suited to individuals who can identify prospects, understand customer needs, present appropriate BagginsHQ solutions, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into paying customers.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales, sales teams, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure prospects receive accurate information and progress efficiently through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for BagginsHQ's technology and digital solutions.
Identify prospective customers through calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media, and other approved channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
Present BagginsHQ products and services to prospective customers.




Conduct consistent and structured follow-up with prospects.
Register and accurately document leads and opportunities in Company systems.
Work with technical teams where prospects require technical clarification, demonstrations, proposals, or implementation information.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, demonstrations, and pending decisions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update prospect status.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and account-expansion opportunities.
Support customer retention and recurring revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, conversions, and verified recurring revenue.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and relevant departments to improve conversion rates and commercial performance.
Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and commercial effectiveness.
