Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance HR processes and business efficiency. This role requires strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, or Payroll (based on assignment).
Design and implement business processes, calculations, security, and reporting in Workday.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).




Support Workday releases and perform regression testing for new features.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
Collaborate with technical teams and integration consultants to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Provide end-user training and support during system deployments and enhancements.
Participate in Workday optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in HR systems, with at least 2+ years in Workday Functional Consulting.
Hands-on experience in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
