We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to manage incoming business enquiries and convert them into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Website and Phone Calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering services.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
Follow up with prospects until order closure.




Coordinate with the technical team for scope clarification and proposal preparation.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain enquiry records, quotations, follow-up status and sales pipeline in Excel/CRM.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Generate repeat business from existing customers.
Coordinate with the operations team after order confirmation for smooth execution.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in preparing quotations and proposals.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Developm
