Outline India is a leading research and data organization operating across India and South Asia. We partner with global leaders like the World Bank, UNICEF, Mastercard, and GSMA to conduct large-scale field research, impact evaluations, and policy studies. As we grow, we’re looking for a senior operations skilled who can bring structure, visibility, and accountability across these moving parts.

Role Overview
You'll partner directly with the Founder to drive operational strategy across finance, HR, admin, and Pan-India field deployments. This high-ownership role turns ambiguity into scalable systems, ensuring seamless execution at scale. You'll oversee all internal systems and field execution, ensuring our research scales effectively with the Founder's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Excellence:
Monitor timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Streamline workflows across operations, finance/admin, HR, and field deployments to improve efficiency and execution.
Identify process gaps and opportunities to automate, standardise, and strengthen internal workflows.
Monitor priorities, dependencies, and timelines and ensure timely follow-through across teams.
Work closely with the Founder to provide regular operational reporting, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning → execution → monitoring → closure.

II. Field Ops, HR & Vendor Leadership:
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts on contracts, invoicing, payments, reimbursements, and compliance.
Develop field scopes of work, contracts, budgets, and operational plans in coordination with project teams.
