Role Description The Facility Executive – Technical is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli. This role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, as well as monitoring building utilities and ensuring optimal performance. The individual will coordinate with vendors and service providers, supervise maintenance staff,



maintain technical documentation and logs, and ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance. The role also involves conducting regular inspections, responding to breakdowns and emergencies, supporting energy-saving initiatives, and reporting operational status and issues to management. Collaboration with other facility teams to maintain a safe, clean, and effective environment for occupants is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building management systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Experience in facility operations, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and vendor coordination within commercial or industrial properties.
Understanding of safety regulations, statutory compliance requirements, and best practices in facility management and workplace safety.
