Role Overview
We are seeking an agile, commercially astute Marketing Manager to own brand strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio growth across domestic and international markets. You will bridge scientific nuance with sharp commercial execution—driving high-impact launches and field alignment in oncology, diagnostics, and essential therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual brand plans, positioning strategies, and multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Content & Scientific Visuals: Create compliant, high-impact marketing collateral,



scientific visual aids, USP positioning briefs, and training modules for the field force.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and messaging consistency.
KOL & Ecosystem Engagement: Drive multi-tier engagement strategies, including advisory boards, national medical conferences, and clinical publication initiatives.
Market Intelligence & ROI: Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research; track brand performance, market share growth, and campaign ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5–8 years total experience in pharmaceutic
