We're looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys talking to people, and believes great customer experience is just as important as excellent products.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
Build meaningful relationships with customers and deliver a premium shopping experience.
Convert inquiries into sales through confident and personalized communication.
Follow up with leads, abandoned carts, and pending customer requests.
Guide customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling assistance.
Resolve order, delivery, exchange, and return-related queries efficiently.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.




Maintain accurate customer records and conversation history.
Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with the team.
Drive repeat purchases through proactive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Support new launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store customer experience.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
