Role Description The Area Collection Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing collections operations across an assigned area. The role involves managing and monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring timely EMI collections,



and reducing delinquencies through proactive follow-up and customer engagement. The Area Collection Manager will supervise and guide collection officers, allocate and review daily field activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. This role includes coordinating with branch teams and other internal stakeholders, preparing collection reports and MIS, and implementing collection strategies and action plans for overdue accounts. The position also requires field visits, customer meetings to resolve repayment challenges, and continuous improvement of collection processes while maintaining a customer-centric and ethical approach.
