Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing end-to-end real estate sales cycles, including client acquisition, property presentations, negotiations, and closure of transactions. The manager will build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients,



provide market insights, and recommend suitable properties aligned with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling site visits, collaborating with internal teams and developers, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations. The role also requires meeting sales targets, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and representing Square Yards professionally in all client interactions.
