Key Responsibilities

Market & Consumer Research
Conduct market, competitor, category, and consumer research to identify new business opportunities
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing, and competitive landscapes
Identify emerging categories, products, and consumer needs
Venture & Brand Building
Support the development of new D2C and e-commerce brands from idea to launch
Assist in defining target audiences, value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Work on product, SKU, pricing, and marketplace research
Growth & Marketing Execution
Support performance marketing, CRM, marketplace, and customer acquisition initiatives
Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and revenue
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and customer retention

Build and maintain dashbo
