Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and managing the complete sales cycle for EmpFly’s SaaS and IoT solutions. Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their enterprise automation needs, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements, as well as maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM tools. The IT Sales Executive is expected to build long-term client relationships, achieve defined sales targets, and represent EmpFly professionally at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong IT Sales and Information Technology understanding, with experience selling SaaS or enterprise solutions.
Proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline development in B2B environments.
Account Management capabilities, with a focus on nurturing client
