As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist who can help us build the team, systems, and people processes required for the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both hiring and building foundational HR systems.

Talent Acquisition

Own end-to-end recruitment across functions including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and Leadership roles.
Create sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer management.




Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring quality and speed.

People Operations & HR Systems

Design and maintain role structures, designation hierarchies, and career progression frameworks.
Develop compensation benchmarking and salary band structures across departments.
Help establish HR policies, onboarding processes, performance review systems, and employee documentation.
Build and improve HR SOPs, workflows, and people-related processes as the company scales.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance-related documentation.

Organizational Development

Support workforce planning and organizational design.
Help define role scorecards, competency frameworks, and performance expectations.
Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and retention programs.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations roles.
