What will you do?
You’ll be the person who owns our relationship with universities. You’ll make sure things run smoothly, problems get solved, and our partners feel well taken care of.
1.) Build good relationships
Be the go-to person for your university partners.
Understand what they need, what’s working and where they’re stuck.
Stay close to them and build relationships that last.
2.) Solve problems
When a partner has a problem, you’ll own it till it gets solved.
Get the right people from our side involved and keep things moving.
If the same problem keeps happening, don’t just keep solving it — figure out why it’s happening.
3.) Get new universities started
Take care of the onboarding of current university partners.
Coordinate agreements, documents, approvals and other formalities.
Keep track of what’s pending and make sure things don’t
