Position Title: Jr. Executive - Purchase

Job Summary
The Jr. Purchasing Executive supports the purchasing function by ensuring timely order
confirmations, proactive supplier follow-ups, accurate ERP updates, and effective
coordination between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role contributes to
maintaining service levels, avoiding delivery delays, and supporting smooth procurement
operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Support buyers in confirming purchase orders with suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered to the warehouse on time to
meet service degree targets.
• Send regular reminders to suppliers and track order progress.
• Update and maintain correct delivery dates and order details in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely receipt of order confirmations from suppliers for newly placed orders.
• Build, maintain, and manage positive supplier relationships through effective
communication.




• Highlight any risks or scenarios that could lead to delays in delivery of goods.
• Escalate cases require immediate buyer attention.
• Support the purchasing team in daily operational activities to ensure smooth
functioning.
• Track, prepare, and report procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key
Result Areas (KRAs).

Skills & Competencies
• Good communication skills in German (B2 level) to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
• Solid follow-up and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in ERP data management
• Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is a plus.
